I agree to PREPAY the above mentioned rate in FULL. There is $25 nightly late fee added every time MY ROOM is NOT PREPAID in its entirety.
I agree that I'll NOT SMOKE IN A designated NON-SMOKING Room or else be subjected to $250.00 clean-up fee.-I agree not to disturb other patrons during my stay by any means and not plug any other devices to the TV
I understand that, if asked to leave for violating any rules, no refund will be due.-I agree NOT to have any UNDISCLOSED pets or be subject to a $100 Pet Cleanup Charge/Penalty.
I understand this is a day by day/ week-by-week hotel/motel type facility and cannot be used as a residence (NO MAIL DELIVERED) as applicable under GA code $43-21-3 (2022). I waive any rights to any eviction proceedings and don't plan to stay more than 28 days at the most and check-out immediately after that. My stay at this facility falls under "Rights of Innkeeper and Guest Under Contract- Universal Citation: GA Code ยง 43-21-3.2 (2022)" THIS written statement prominently setting forth in bold type the time period during which a guest may occupy an assigned room, when separately signed or initialed by the guest, is a valid nonassignable contract overriding any previous contracts or term. At the expiration of such time period, the guest may be restrained from entering such room and any property of the guest may be removed by the innkeeper to a secure place where the guest may recover his or her property without liability to the innkeeper, except for damages to or loss of such property attributable to its removal.
I agree to be responsible for any DAMAGES caused to the room during my stay by me or by my guests. I agree NOT to have ANY UNREGISTERED/ UNDISCLOSED guests in my room, and if found, I agree to leave immediately with NO REFUNDS.
I agree NOT to Tamper with the Smoke Detector / ENTRY EXIT DOORs (or PROP OPEN) and I understand that I am subject to civil claims and criminal prosecution if the smoke detector or entry/exit doors are found to be disturbed during my stay or immediately after my departure.-Any claims of theft, personal injury, or damage MUST be brought to the attention of the Management within 48 hours of occurrence in order to adequately file a First Incident Report and correctly assess, document, witness and safeguard any evidence or recordings and thereby prevent such incidents from happening again. Management takes no responsibility of any loss, injuries, or damage that may occur in absence of any formal written report filed involving hotel Management and/or Staff.
